FreshSpoke services more locations in Ontario than any other distributor. We offer weekly delivery to customers in southwestern, eastern, and central Ontario regions. We do service some communities in Northern Ontario so contact us if you are in this area so we can confirm if we can service your store.
FreshSpoke’s minimum order requirement is $600 (before applicable taxes).
FreshSpoke works with experienced commercial partners to handle all temperature controlled, inspected, and certified warehousing and delivery equipment.
FreshSpoke delivers weekly across Ontario. Our routes are optimized by our software considers your receiving hours into consideration when setting your delivery date.
You may place an order up to 10am, one business day ahead of your scheduled delivery date. So, if you’re scheduled delivery date is Wednesday, you can place an order up to 10am on the prior Tuesday. if you’re scheduled delivery date is Monday, you can place an order up to 10am on the prior Friday.
Yes! Log in to your FreshSpoke account, click your name in the upper right corner, select ‘Edit Profile’. You can add team members under the ‘Company Information’ tab. Note: The new team member will only be added after they respond to the confirmation email, we send to invoices to the account provided.
Invoices are emailed to the account holder’s email address at order cut-off and stored on the ‘Orders & Invoices’ tab on your customer dashboard.
Accounting and Receiving contacts will also receive copies of invoices on the day of delivery if you enter them as team members in your customer profile. Simply log in, click your name in the upper right corner, select ‘Edit Profile’. You can add team members under the ‘Company Information’ tab. The new team member will be added after they respond to the email, we send to them at the account provided.
